Multilingual Hotline Get Help

Our 24-hour, toll-free multilingual hotline opens the door to all the services of the New York Asian Women's Center.

By calling our hotline you can speak to one of our staff in up to 11 languages and dialects. Staff can answer general questions about domestic violence, give information about NYAWC services, and make referrals to other organizations and agencies when appropriate.

If you are interested in working with a New York Asian Women's Center counselor, you can be connected to one via the hotline.

If you think you need to enter one of our Emergency Shelters, calling our hotline can connect you with shelter staff, who will explain the process to you.

Hotline staff can also help develop a basic safety plan to use if you are not yet ready to seek help.

Calling the hotline is the first step towards getting information and help for yourself, a friend, co-worker or family member. All hotline calls are free and confidential. If you have any questions about domestic violence, do not hesitate to call today.
